As you can see in the pictures, one of the corners is bent inwards slightly in two places. It does not affect the functionality, and still closes firmly and stays shut. I do not have the key so please understand that. There is a space near the handle for the name/address/phone number, but mine is written there in black ink. I will cover this up with black ink before handing the case over.
